After months of preparation and hard work it is at last time to present 3D Creation Lab to the world, so with great excitement I can say:
Welcome to the 3D Creation Lab website and blog!
What exactly does 3D Creation Lab do? Well we are the newest 3D printing bureau based in the UK and are here to turn your 3 dimensional digital designs into actual physical objects that you can pick up and handle. Some people believe that there must be magic involved in doing such a thing, but in reality it is quite a simple process (but try explaining that to the financiers!). I come from a background of conventional manufacturing and I believe that 3D printing and technologies such as Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) hold the key to the future of manufacturing and also more importantly mass customisation. Imagine being able to tailor and make anything that you ever wanted, for instance `I want that lamp but I want it 25mm bigger’. This is cutting edge technology and the future is only limited by our imagination!
