3D printing the first mile high building

3D printed mile high model stands more than a metre tall

At 3D Creation lab, we like a challenge, and a request from "Audacity", based in London allowed us the opportunity to 3D print the proposal for the world's tallest building. The model building took 7 prints to complete and many hours of delicate post processing.

The building itself has been set up in four parts, the base is one solid unit, and stacked on top are the 3 towers that could rise to 1610m, if construction is approved. What ever happens this is the tallest 3D model we have ever made, very exciting!
